Ljiljana Biukovic
Assistant Professor

Prof. Biukovic's research in her graduate degrees was concentrated on international trade law and international dispute resolution. In 2000-01 she held a Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Institute for European Studies of UBC., She developed and teaches a seminar on External Relations of the European Union for the Institute. She teaches Contracts and co-teaches both this Faculty's course on European Union Law and seminar on Topics in European Union Law and Integration with Prof. Ian Townsend-Gault. At present, her research interests are focused on international trade dispute resolution, Internet Law and the process of enlargement of the European Union. Her areas of research activities include International Trade Law, European Union Law, International Commercial arbitration and Internet Law.
