Philip Bryden

The academic expertise of Philip Bryden lies primarily in the field of administrative law, though he has also done work in the fields of human rights, immigration and multiculturalism, employment law and constitutional law. He is the co-author of an empirical study of independence, accountability and appointments processes in British Columbia administrative tribunals, done for the British Columbia Council of Administrative Tribunals. In 2002-2002 he served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the British Columbia government's Administrative Justice Project.
