Michael Commelin
Dean of the Faculty of Law, Head of the Department of Law and Zelman Cowen Professor of Law at the University of Melbrourne
He received his B.A. and LL.B at the University of Queensland and his LL.M and Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia (1974). He is also Barrister-at-Law Queensland and High Court of Australia, Barrister and Solicitor Victoria and PNG and Legal practitioner Northern Territory. His area of expertise include: Comparative Constitutional Law, Comparative Law, Constitutional Law, Corporate/Energy and Resources, Energy Law, Mineral Law, Native Title Law, Natural Resources, Petroleum Law, Project Finance, Property Law.
